    Rewind North Festival announces incredible line-up for 2019!

    Rewind North Festival announces an incredible line-up for 2019, including Bananarama, Gloria Gaynor, Heather Small, Level 42, Thin Lizzy and many more!


    Held at Capesthorne Hall in Cheshire from 2nd-4th August 2019, Rewind North looks set to be spectacular. 


    This year’s festival will once again be hosted by the Doctor, of Doctor and the Medics, alongside the brilliant Toyah!


    Getting the party started on Friday night is Martin Kemp, who will be playing a special DJ set featuring all your favourite eighties classics.


    Disco Queen Gloria Gaynor will headline Rewind Festival for the first time on Saturday 3rd August. She will be joined on the day by artists including Tiffany, Heather Small, Hazel O’ Connor, UB40 (featuring Ali Campbell and Astro), The Dire Straits Experience, Neville Staple, The Undertones and The Primitives.


    Joining Rewind and also headlining the festival for the first time are rock legends Thin Lizzy, who mark their 50th anniversary year in 2019!


    Speaking ahead of the festival, Thin Lizzy guitarist Scott Gorham said:


    “It’s an honour to play Rewind - with so many classic artists on the bill, it’s going to be a day to remember”.


    Completing the line-up for Rewind North 2019 are Level 42, Heaven 17, Bananarama, Joyce Sims, Cutting Crew, Black Box, Bjorn Again, The Selecter and From the Jam. 


    Once again Rewind North will feature a wide variety of activities and entertainment including comedy from Milton Jones and Mick Ferry, family sports days and giant bubble parties!


    With something for all generations, Rewind North 2019 is the perfect way to get your summer started!
